Congratulations on beating the Marines; however, some Marines can do a lot more.

In my 50s, I would do three sets of 30 as part of a routine workout. After the Marine Corps Mud Run a few years ago (when I was in my 60s) I did 22 in good form.

As always, I enjoyed talking to you today.

Keep up the good work. I am glad that we have people like you protecting this country.

This reminds me of how to get rid of Hiccups. Usually a lingering case of hiccups is caused from obstruction of food, drink or bubbles putting pressure on or irritating the Phrenic nerve, causing an onslaught of spasms in the diaphragm which then causes a jerk of the Glottal opening. So drinking water to push the obstruction down is one way to try to cure them. Usually if you are drunk it is electrolyte imbalance and water usually fixes that issue in general. The most tried and true method that is scientifically proven to ease fluctuations of the neck and digestive area? A bona fide orgasm, to stimulate the Vagus nerve. That is right! Gratuitous Aardvarking! Generally, we can only hope for a cure like this for most irritating ailments!

I guess Garth knows too well of my hiccup issues. I get them in abundance. I wouldn't have it any other way!
